All garment are made-to-order. Please allow 12-14 business days for shipping confirmation & shipment. 

What is made to order?

  • Made-to-order means each garment is hand crafted only at the time an order is placed to reduce waste and allow each garment to truly be one-of-a-kind. We believe in creating your garments with care to deliver quality pieces.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Every garment is Made-To-Order so we can reduce our amount of waste and excess garments
  • Because each item is handcrafted for you at the time of order we cannot accept returns but would be happy to exchange your item for a new size or color within 14 days of shipping confirmation. Please send us an email at info@goldieclothing.com or fill out the contact us form with:
 Name, Order Number, Email/phone and description of your exchange request.
  • In case your garment arrives damaged upon delivery, we would be happy to replace your item with a new one. To do so, please send us an email with your name, order number and a photo of the damaged area to: info@goldieclothing.com

    To provide you with a garment you'll love:
    • We would be more than happy to adjust any top, dress, skirt or pant length and neckline coverage for you! - To do so, email us at: info@goldieclothing.com or fill out the contact us form with your name, email/phone, item name/color and a brief description of your request. (please note all requests will be reviewed and finalized based on availability of materials and type of request)
    • We welcome all questions regarding sizing, fit and color! Please email us at: info@goldieclothing.com

    • Standard shipping rates apply. Shipping is automatically calculated and added to your order.

    • ​All Orders to US, Mexico & Canada Ship FREE When you spend $100 or more!

    • Each garment is guaranteed to ship within 12-14 business days from the original purchase date. Once Your garment has been shipped, a shipping confirmation,  including tracking information, will automatically be emailed.

    • If exchanging an item, all return shipping fees are paid by customer. For the best shipping rates we recommend local postal/usps.
